Welcome to Hotel Irada's Cancellation & Refunds Policy. These policies outline the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our various events and bookings.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy – Wine Tour

The wine-tour booking is non-refundable.
If you cancel your participation at any time (for any reason), no refund will be issued.
No credit, partial refund or date-change will be permitted once the booking is confirmed.
In the unlikely event that Hotel Irada cancels the tour (for reasons beyond the guest's control, e.g., operational issues), the hotel will provide an option for a full refund or transfer to an alternate date (at the hotel's discretion).
Any request for cancellation must be made in writing via email to the hotel's reservations team.
The hotel reserves the right to amend or suspend the tour or its terms without prior notice; if the tour is cancelled by the hotel, the guest's only claim will be for a refund or reschedule (as noted above) and no further compensation will apply.
No-shows, late arrivals or failure to join the tour at the scheduled time will be treated as cancellation, and no refund or credit will be given.
