Welcome to Hotel Irada's Cancellation & Refunds Policy for Wine Tours. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our wine tour bookings.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy – Wine Tour
- The wine-tour booking is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your participation at any time (for any reason), no refund will be issued.
- No credit, partial refund or date-change will be permitted once the booking is confirmed.
- In the unlikely event that Hotel Irada cancels the tour (for reasons beyond the guest's control, e.g., operational issues), the hotel will provide an option for a full refund or transfer to an alternate date (at the hotel's discretion).
- Any request for cancellation must be made in writing via email to the hotel's reservations team.
- The hotel reserves the right to amend or suspend the tour or its terms without prior notice; if the tour is cancelled by the hotel, the guest's only claim will be for a refund or reschedule (as noted above) and no further compensation will apply.
- No-shows, late arrivals or failure to join the tour at the scheduled time will be treated as cancellation, and no refund or credit will be given.
